What is the truTransformation™ Challenge?
Truvy’s truTransformation ™ challenge helps you to take control of your health via Truvy’s products and health programs in quarterly, 6-8 week commitments. This program is specially designed by Truvy’s resident health & nutrition coaches to keep you motivated and on-track for long-term wellness.
How to Enter:
- Submit an entry form on our website https://www.truvy.com/trutransformation/
- Use the Truvy Fit app
- Take Truvy products
- Join the private truTransformation Facebook group to be active & healthy with the support of Truvy’s certified trainers and nutritionists
- Submit another form at the end of the challenge
- Get a shot at the yearly grand prize when you enter more than one challenge throughout the year!
Truvy hosts 4 truTransformation™ challenges throughout the year. Each mini challenge lasts for 6-8 weeks. At the end of each challenge, Truvy selects 3 top truTransformations for that period who receive gym bags filled with Truvy products, swag, and all you need to keep crushing your health and fitness goals!
At the end of the year, 3 overall truTransformations will be chosen. The overall transformations will be determined by comparing participant's first challenge entry to their final results, regardless of which challenges they began or ended with. For example, a participant that enters challenges 2 and 4 will be judged on their first entry submission from challenge 2 compared to their final results from challenge 4.

Mini Challenge Prizes
At the end of each 6-8 week challenge, Truvy selects 3 transformation winners for that round to receive a prize pack filled with Truvy products and swag to help you keep crushing your health goals!
*You must submit a new challenge registration and results form for each 6-8 week challenge to be in the running for the quarterly prizes.
Annual Challenge Prizes
At the end of the year, Truvy selects 3 truTransformations to qualify for the grand prize. These individuals are chosen by an unbiased, informed panel by comparing partipants’ first entry submission and very last result submission for that year (regardless of what challenge round they began or ended with). The yearly truTransformation winners will receive the following prizes:
1st place | $2,500 USD
2nd place | $1,000 USD
3rd place | $500 USD
*You do not have to win an individual challenge in order to qualify for the overall prizes. All participants will be considered.

What You Get When You Sign Up
When you enter the challenge, you can request to be added to a private Facebook group, Truvy Fit Community, led by Truvy’s certified trainers and nutritionists who offer daily tips and programs to help you reach your health goals with lasting success. The group is full of other like-minded people all on a path to better health and you’ll receive daily support, motivation, and encouragement within this amazing community.
You are also entered to win the mini challenge prizes and the annual prizes!
Rules/Requirements
- Any Truvy customer over the age of 18 is eligible to participate. Open to all markets.
- Be an active Truvy customer, meaning purchase any product from Truvy at least once within the period of the challenge dates.
- Submit a form at the start and end of the challenge time frames to be eligible to win.

- Photos must be taken within the challenge time period.
- Photos must be unedited originals. No adding text over the top, cropping, collaging, filters, photoshop, or embellishments.
- Download and use the Truvy Fit app.
The form won’t accept my photos, what should I do?
First, make sure your photos are unedited originals – no cropping, photoshop, text overlay, filters, etc.
If your photos are unedited originals, you may need to reduce the photo file size. You can do so by simply screenshotting your photo or use a file size editor such as https://www.resizepixel.com/reduce-image-in-kb/and then download the resized image and upload it to the truTransformation form.

How Winners Are Selected?
At Truvy, we want to make sure our truTrasnformation™ Challenge is different than any other wellness challenge out there. While most health transformation challenges focus solely on weight loss, we believe in educating the collective toward better behaviors and a healthier relationship with one’s body, mind, and spirit. To nurture a positive mindset around health, we place emphasis on Truvy Fit app usage and Truvy supplement regimens in order to promote physical activity and healthy nutrition. Through this vital education, our participants can come away with a more positive relationship with their health journey, rather than joining in on a quick weight loss gimmick.
Our promise is to keep things fair and positive for all our participants, and we are continuously blown away by people's successes and stories!
The following factors account for the truTransformation score:
- Photos/ Photo quality/physical transformation 20% of score
- The progress photos account for 20% of a participant's overall score. Clear unobstructed photos scored by a panel of unbiased judges looking for overall transformation. We look at a lot of different variables when it comes to choosing our winners inches lost/gained, percentage of weight loss/gain, and total weight loss/gain. With that in mind, progress photos help you as well as the judges see overall progress throughout the challenge.
- Truvy Fit app usage 25% of score
- Daily app use will get the highest score. Total time spent in the app does not matter, just simply doing at least one of any of the following activities counts towards daily app usage: tracking supplements, tracking nutrition, doing a workout, recording steps or active minutes, updating progress on your profile, reading an educational article in the fitness or nutrition learning sections.
- Truvy supplements logged 15% of score
- Logged in the Truvy Fit app. Consistent Truvy product use of any kind will affect the score most. Logging more supplements per day will not increase the score, just consistent day to day logging of at least 1 Truvy product.
- Inches lost/gained 15% score
- Percentage of weight lost/gained 15% of score
- Total weight lost/gained 10% of score
Tips For Submitting The Best Form & Tracking Progress:
Here are a few tips for tracking your progress and making sure you get the best results form submitted!
Take your photos in simple form-fitting clothing in a clean, well-lit location.
Having quality photos to compare your results over time makes it much easier to see even the smallest changes that aren’t reflected by the scale!
Tips for great progress photos:
- Tight, form-fitting clothing that is a simple neutral color will help your changes be more noticeable.
- For women, shorts and a sports bra, a form fitting tank top and shorts, or a bathing suit are great options.
- For men, shorts and no shirt, or shorts and a form fitting t-shirt or tank top are great options.
- The same clothing photo to photo also shows changes more dramatically because the fit of the clothing might change.
- Bright lighting and a clear photo quality drastically help with seeing small changes.
- A clean background free of distractions will help put all the focus on you and your hard work.
- Capture your photo from at least the shin up and include your unobstructed face.
- Use a straight-ahead angle. Don't take your photo from a low viewpoint or a high one. Point the camera straight ahead to avoid any strange lighting or angle optical illusions.
- Prop your phone up on a counter with a timer or have someone take the photo for you so that you can take a photo unobstructed by objects such as a mirror frame or countertop.
- Smile—you're on a path to better health and personal wellness! 😊
Take your measurements and photos in the morning.
Taking your measurements at the same time of day should give you more accurate and consistent results. Your weight can fluctuate 2-5 lbs from morning to evening on the same day depending on any variety of factors!
Take your tape measurements without clothes.
You want your chest, waist, and hip measurements to be as accurate as possible, and things like a bra or jeans can add/change inches to your measurement. The extra inches from your clothing can also change depending on what you are wearing from one measurement session to the next. If you do wear clothing in your measurements, try to make sure it is thin, non-compressive material. For example, if you measure your waist one week with high-waisted compressive "tummy control" leggings, but you measure wearing nothing around your waist the next week, it might appear as if you gained inches when that might not be the case!
Relax.
When you take your measurements with a tape, relax your body. Sucking in when measuring your waistline isn't telling you your real progress from update to update.
Continue doing progress updates on a regular basis!
Once a month or once every 2-3 months is ideal. 1-3 months is the amount of time your body needs to show real changes. Even without a challenge to compete in, track your progress to help keep you motivated. Oftentimes, we don't realize just how much has changed if we don't have those reminders. You might surprise yourself!
