What is Truvy’s 10K Pledge?
The 10k Pledge is a program for Truvy customers to earn money for charity by simply walking. We created the 10k Pledge as a way to encourage people to change their lives through healthy and active living and also help those in need.

- Your steps need to be synced with the Truvy Fit app in order to count towards your 10k Pledge status.
- Don’t forget to open your Truvy Fit app and your fitness tracker’s app throughout the day to make sure data is syncing and recording.
- Be an active Truvy customer purchasing at least one Truvy combo in personal product orders per calendar month.
- Only personal orders count toward qualifications. Group volume of associates does not count towards 10k Pledge eligibility.
- All customer types are eligible to participate.
I didn't get 10,000 steps for 1 or more days this month, does that mean I don't qualify for 10k Pledge status?
We only look at the average number of steps within each calendar month. So, if you miss getting your 10,000 steps one day you can make it up the next day by getting extra steps. For example, you get 8,000 steps on Monday, but you get 12,000 steps on Tuesday you still averaged 10,000 steps on those two days and are still on track to reaching your 10k goal for the month.
