If you receive your product and your product is damaged please contact Customer Support for assistance.
- As soon as you open your package, leave it how you found it, and take pictures of the damage. Take pictures of all sides and damages to your product.
- Contact Customer Service with your pictures and order number. You can reach out to Customer Service via chat, email, text or phone call. Customer Service will review your order and replace the products if necessary.
