Truvy offers a 90% return policy on items returned in marketable condition within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All Associate and Customer orders purchased directly from Truvy must be returned to Truvy at the Associate’s/Customer’s expense.
- You must contact Customer Service to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for the return. Once you receive your RMA and return address then you may ship the product back to us.
- Please make sure to include the RMA on the outside of the box. You can also put the packing slip back in the box to help our returns department identify your package and process your return quickly.
- Once your order is returned our warehouse will process your return within 10 business days of the delivery to our warehouse. If your order is returned within the 30 day return policy and is returned in marketable condition we will issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee for your order. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used. Once a refund is issued you can expect the refund to hit your account within 3-7 business days.
* Orders returned outside of the 30 day return policy do not qualify for any reimbursement or replacement. Please make sure to contact us before sending your order back.
