What are Ranks?
Rank is the level you have achieved within the company, and it determines which bonuses and how many levels down an Associate is qualified to earn commissions from each month. These ranks are based on criteria such as the total number of Customers and Associates in your organization as well as how much personal volume and customer volume you had during that month. As an Associate increases their rank, they become eligible to earn additional bonuses and levels of compensation.
Rank Qualifications
- Total Qualifying Volume (TQV) - An Associate must have at least 100 TQV during the current calendar month. TQV can come from personal purchases made by the Associate themselves equaling at least 100, come from Shared Qualifying Volume (SQV) from your new Customers or a combination or the two. Example: Associate has 45 QV from a personal purchase and has 55 SQV from his new customers’ purchases, those combined equal the 100 TQV needed to be qualified.
- Personally Enrolled Active Count (PAC) – The total number of personally enrolled Associates that have at least 75 TQV during that calendar month.
- Group Volume 8 Levels (GV8)- Total amount of volume within 8 compressed levels including your personal order
- Active Outside of 2 Largest Legs Volume (AO2)- The total amount of volume from 8 compressed levels excluding your 2 largest legs (largest in volume). Example: If an Associate’s organization had 4 different legs, you would find the two largest in terms of GV8 and exclude those. Any remaining legs combine to count towards meeting your AO2 requirement.
Current Rank vs. Lifetime Rank
Each month the qualification period for ranks resets. Current Rank is based on the activity that occurs in your organization during that calendar month. Your rank and commission earnings will be based on your Current Rank for that specific month. Your Lifetime Rank is the highest rank that you have achieved as an Associate.
For example, if you reach the rank of 3 Star Director and that is the highest rank you've reached, you will always be considered a 3 Star Director for the purpose of title and recognition, but your monthly pay will still be based on your current rank each month.
What are First Order Bonuses?
The First Order Bonus is paid on the first order with volume placed by a new Customer or Associate. It is paid out to the sponsorship tree to the first four (4) Qualified Upline Associates that have generated at least 100 Total Qualifying Volume (for Level 1 payments) or 200 Total Qualifying Volume (For Levels 2-4 payments) in the current and/ or previous month.
*If an upline within those 4 levels is not qualified, that person will be compressed and that will pay to the next upline who is qualified.
When are First Order Bonuses Paid?
These bonuses are paid on weekly basis each Monday. Any orders that qualify for a First Order Bonus from Monday to Sunday at Midnight (PST) will be paid on that very next Monday.
How do I qualify to earn First Order Bonuses?
To qualify for First Order Bonuses you must have 100 Total Qualifying Volume (for Level 1 payments) or 200 Total Qualifying Volume (For Levels 2-4 payments) in the current and/ or previous month. Associates who have recently upgraded from a Customer are exempt from this requirement and are automatically qualified in the month they upgraded as well as the following calendar month.
If I am paid a First Order Bonus will I also earn a Unilevel commission on that same order?
No. An order is only ever paid out once. If it is paid as a First Order Bonus it will not pay again with the Unilevel.
